This had been bothering me for some time now as I'm a heavy user of GlucoseTracker on my phone and the table data were pretty much unreadable when viewing them in portrait mode. I was finally able to put in some time yesterday to make the tables 'responsive' for a much better viewing experience.

Here's a screenshot of what the table will now look like on an iPhone 6 Plus in portrait mode:

As you can see, instead of showing all the columns at once, certain columns are now hidden depending on the screen size. You can then click the '+' button to expand that row and see the rest of the data.
